AT37. Design
Built in, not up. Tires built into vehicle body for a lower center of gravity.
Our innovative, patent-pending driveline system is meticulously engineered to maintain a significantly lower center of gravity compared to conventional suspension lifts. By seamlessly integrating the tires into the vehicle body, we not only enhance the stability but also strategically modify both the driveline system and body structure to accommodate the larger tires.
The AT37 Lexus GX 460 offers an optional 0.75” body lift.

Has a new tread pattern and new all-terrain tread compound to provide durability and longevity, even on gravel. An optimized footprint and full-depth locking 3D sipes designed for even wear over the long haul.
BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3
Take on Earth’s toughest terrain with advanced Krawl-TEK compound that enhances grip on rock and slick surfaces, with 8% better traction. Plus, a Linear Flex Zone allows the tire to flex and envelop objects in aired-down driving situations.

Suspension Advanced custom suspension systems for superior snow flotation and performance
A highly custom-designed, reinforced, and tuned suspension system provides optimized on & off-road performance for the BFGoodrich tires.
Structural. Comprehensive chassis and suspension reinforcements for ultimate off-road durability
The body and frame undergo extensive changes and improvements. The original front section of the chassis and almost all parts of the front suspension and steering system are reinforced. The rear suspension framework receives the same level of attention, and all vehicles are equipped with Arctic Trucks fender flares featuring.
The Lexus GX 460 gets a 1” wheelbase extension in the rear for an improved performance.
Powertrain. Re-geared axles and differential lockers for enhanced performance and fuel efficiency
The front and rear axles are optionally re-geared to accommodate the large tires, enhancing performance and maintaining optimized fuel economy. Differential lockers can also be installed on both axles and connected to the air system for in-cabin activation, ensuring superior traction and control in challenging conditions.

Starting at $19,749 with all the options listed in the Included secion – price excludes the base vehicle (Lexus GX 460 2010-2023) , so you can select the type and color that fits you best.

2. Base Vehicle
After choosing your model, we will need a base vehicle for our build team to work on. You can either send us a vehicle or we can source one for you. The base vehicle does not need to be new.
3. Build
Once the base vehicle is secured, you’ll receive a build slot. Engineering team takes over the build process, which dependd on the model. We inform you about the delivery date.
4. Delivery
When your vehicle is ready, we’ll arrange to ship it directly to your location. If you are buying any of professional XT models then you also get training to ensure maximum utilization and handling.
