Tires:  Tires on each model are carefully selected and the suspension system tuned accordingly.  The high-end XT models get the custom polar expedition 44″ Nokian snow tires, made with a specialized thread compound.

Wheels: Models are equipped with Arctic Trucks aluminium 17×18 inch wheels with integrated CTIS.  The extra wide wheels contribute to the belt effects the large tires create when deflated.

Drivetrain: The front and rear axles are re-geared to accommodate for the large tires, improve performance and optimize fuel economy.  Differential lockers are connected to the air system for in-cabin activation.

Frame: Undergoes extensive changes and improvements. The original front section of the chassis and almost all parts of the suspension mounts and steering system is reinforced.

Suspension: Highly custom designed, reinforced, and tuned suspension systems to provide optimized on & off-road performance and to allow for snow floatation in deep snow.

Body: Receives extensive changes to accommodate the large tires, and is finished off with custom color matched fender flares as well as Arctic Trucks branding package.

Build In, Not Up: Tires are built into the vehicle rather than lifting it.  The minimal lift creates a lower center of gravity which translates into numerous critical benefits.

Bumper: Heavy duty steel bumper with towpoints and winch
Winch: Heavy duty winch from Comeup
Off-Road Lights: Custom high powered off-road driving lights kit made for Arctic Trucks by VisonX.
Roof Rack: Custom high quality roof rack with integrated 360 lighting options.
Flatbed: USA made high strength and light aluminium flatbed with storage and integrated roll bar.
CTIS: Complete control of tire pressure from within the vehicle. Air system, wheels, gauges and app.
