Driveline System Patent pending driveline system evolves around the Built In, Not Up design principle, were the wheels are built into the vehicle rather than just lifting the suspension.
Lower center of gravity
The driveline system only requires a minimal suspension lift even when fitted with 44 inch tires. Keeping the center of gravity as low as possible overcomes the issues with traditional lifts.
Better Weight Distribution
Lower center of gravity translates into better weight distribution between the wheels.
Lower driveline component stress
When driveline geometry is drastically changed, as with traditional vehicle lifts, then component stress is increased which directly affects dependability.
Higher side slope traversing capability
The lower center of gravity and better weight distribution allows our vehicles to traverse safely in higher side slope.
Core design 2
suspension system
Our vehicles receive a highly custom designed, reinforced, and tuned suspension systems to provide optimized on & off-road performance and to allow our vehicles to float in deep snow instead of digging in. Snow floatation, a crucial concept for extended and safe deep snow driving, is highly dependant on the suspension system. Our XCT suspension systems are developed in a partnership with premium suspension manufacturers and are offered in a 4- and 8-multilink versions.

Core design 3
Body & frame is strategically redesigned and reinforced.
The body and frame undergoes extensive changes and improvements. The original front section of the chassis and almost all parts of the front suspension and steering system is reinforced. The rear suspension framework gets the same amount of attention and all vehicles get the Arctic Trucks fender flares with an integrated CTIS valve.
Core design 4
Our flagship snow tire offers unmatched grip, durability and deflation capability.
The Arctic Trucks snow tire is the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 44″ – resulting from the cooperation between Nokian Tires and Arctic Trucks. The specialized thread compound offers outstanding grip, durability and low tire pressure driving. Each tire weighs approximately 155 lbs (70 kg) and when deflated it mimics a belt.
High-end MUD, AT, and Military tires are also available.
Core design 5
Custom CTIS wheels built for snow flotation.
The Arctic Trucks wheels are 18 inch wide and fitted with a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) that is connected to the high capacity air system and in-cabin control system. Allows for one button click to set the optimal tire pressure and the extra wide wheels assist with creating a very large contact area with the surface when deflated to single digit PSI.
Core design 6
Drivetrain with optimized axles ratios and differential lockers.
The front and rear axles are re-geared to accommodate for the large tires, improve performance and maintain optimized fuel economy.
Differential lockers are installed on all axles and connected to the included air system for in-cabin activation.
