Vehicle. Series

Arctic Trucks has developed four vehicle series.  While they differ they all follow Arctic Trucks core build principles and quality.

1

Expedition. Vehicles

Arctic Trucks is widely recognized for its expertise in expedition vehicles, applying the XCT platform to renowned vehicle brands and equipping them with capabilities to efficiently navigate the most extreme conditions on Earth.

Our reliance on tires, as opposed to tracks or belts, significantly enhances fuel economy, accelerates lengthy traverses, and minimizes occupant fatigue, all while preserving the creature comforts of a modern pickup truck.

The cornerstone of Arctic Trucks’ capabilities lies in snow flotation. Enabling tires to achieve a substantial contact path, thereby lowering ground pressure, often results in a minimally deep track even in fresh snow. Our core knowledge centers around creating optimal conditions for snow flotation, incorporating a low center of gravity, high suspension articulation, even wheel end loads, and precise control of tire pressure.

Backed by a proven track record, our expedition vehicles demonstrate that our approach to conquering extreme terrains isn’t merely viable – it’s unequivocally superior.

2

Professional. Vehicles

Arctic Trucks professional vehicles are built on the same platform technology as the expedition vehicles and offer an unmatched combination of capability, safety and reliability. Highly regarded by infrastructure operators, mining, oil & gas companies, border patrol, wildlife officers, and other customers demanding high uptime and versatile year-round capabilities.

By retaining as much OE content as possible, maintenance is simplified, and proprietary parts are both simple and kept to a minimum.   Most of our vehicles fit into an existing customers’ fleet service program, and bespoke vehicles for fleet operators are available in limitless configurations.

Arctic Trucks vehicles have revolutionized how Search and Rescue teams operate in the Nordics. Instead of depending on belted vehicles, which need to be carried on a truck to the snow line and then returned to base, SAR teams are using AT44 HDS and AT44 XDS instead. They are faster and are realizing up to 90% reduction in total cost of ownership.

3

Tactical. Vehicles

Arctic Trucks has won several defense contracts and is approved by Nato.  Our vehicles have been deployed in a variety of theatre’s when highly specialized and capable off-road vehicles are needed – Both armored and unarmored.

4

Consumer. Vehicles

Arctic Trucks sells both vehicles and accessories to retail customers in certain markets. The retail vehicles are built by Arctic Trucks, partners, or OEM’s, and are built on a different, and less extreme, platform technology than XCT.

Retail vehicles are primarily sold through OEM networks and engineered to OEM standards.  Global OEM clients include Toyota, Isuzu, Nissan and more.
